Job Description

CGT Solution Delivery Manager supporting Cencora’s European cell and gene therapy logistics solutions. Coordinating partners, country teams, pricing, implementation, and operational delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of Cell & Gene Therapy service propositions for pan-European clients
  • Assist in creating solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models for CGT logistics and distribution
  • Coordinate with in-country teams to assess local readiness, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility
  • Support pricing for solutions offered to CGT clients
  • Coordinate among country operations teams, quality and compliance functions, and external partners
  • Support identification and management of third-party partnerships across geographies
  • Collaborate with Cencora business units on CGT solution design
  • Assist in negotiating partnership terms and service-level agreements with external providers
  • Work with implementation managers to onboard new CGT clients
  • Develop and maintain CGT implementation playbooks, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation
  • Support Business Development in client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops
  • Prepare materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and internal reviews
  • Monitor trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the European CGT landscape
  • Support profit and loss performance, cost and margin analysis, budgets, forecasts, and KPI measurement
  • Lead, influence, coach, and develop sales teams

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with exposure to advanced therapies, clinical trials, or specialty pharma
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field required
  • Understanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics, including cold chain, cryogenic handling, and time-critical distribution requirements
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different countries and stakeholders
  • Solid analytical skills with experience supporting business cases, financial models, or solution development processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Direct experience working with Cell & Gene Therapy products, ATMPs, or clinical trial logistics desirable
  • Knowledge of GDP and ATMP-specific regulatory requirements across European jurisdictions desirable
  • Certifications in sales or account management and CRM platform experience such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
  • Experience with third-party partnership management or outsourced service coordination in a pharmaceutical context desirable
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet desirable
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation desirable
  • Dutch language nice to have
