Job Description
Change Leadership Presales Partner responsible for developing presales offers and collaborating with delivery leaders at Cyclotron. Focus on driving client engagement and developing change leadership solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and delivery for presales for the Change Leadership practice
- Collaborate with Change Leadership delivery leaders to develop and refine offers that address client needs
- Build and maintain standardized presales content including Budgetary Proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimators, offer decks, and marketing materials
- Partner with Account Executives to expand Change Leadership support beyond Microsoft solutions
- Participate in client calls to understand client needs and scope potential engagements
- Develop Budgetary Proposals and SOWs in collaboration with cross-functional presales teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years leading large-scale change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes
- Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
- Copilot/ AI / IT / Microsoft experience
- Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages (both written and verbal) to a variety of audiences, from executives to frontline audiences
- Organized, strategic, and tactical with strong follow through
- Self-starter who learns quickly and works independently
- Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
