Job Description
CFO to define and execute the financial strategy for a global online entertainment company. Leading financial transformation and ensuring strong financial controls across all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s global financial strategy.
- Ensure strong financial controls and transparency across all projects and jurisdictions.
- Translate financial strategy into real business impact - accelerating revenue, strengthening margins, and building sustainable cash generation.
- Bring clarity through strong performance management, KPI frameworks, unit economics, and forward-looking planning.
- Thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and act as a trusted partner to founders, CEOs, boards, banks, and strategic partners.
- Lead financial transformation with confidence, insight, and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior finance leader, ideally within the online entertainment, payment processing, gaming, or digital sectors.
- Strong track record in multinational environments with complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
- Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
- Deep understanding of International accounting rules, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, cash flow management, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with modern finance software, accounting and reporting systems.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Experience in strategic planning, M&A, and execution in a global context.
- Experience with KYC, banking, and crypto payment processing.
- Ability to lead teams across regions to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines (currently 10–20 people).
