Job Description

Finance Manager developing pricing strategies for national and multinational businesses at BCD Travel. Supporting client retention and business development with financial analysis and pricing policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational new business tenders
  • Support new business development efforts, including building and editing financial pricing models for prospective clients
  • Support existing client retention and expansion efforts, including upholding pricing policies and procedures to ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and designed in conjunction with overall company objectives
  • Provide financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives
  • Calculate and track sales quota and commission plan performance for sales team
  • Align across functional units to create winning pricing strategies and proposals
  • Develop creative and cost effective plans to meet client objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive accounting or finance experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Capable of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, and assisting in special projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely-located, and cross-functional teams
  • Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in a corporate business setting in an analytical function
  • Strong problem-solving abilities - anticipating and resolving issues
  • Learning agility, and clear, persuasive communication with cross-functional partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
