Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments (strategy, consulting, business operations, or operational leadership)
- Demonstrated experience building operating cadences, KPI frameworks, and accountability systems at scale
- Strong executive presence and the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Analytical fluency and comfort using data to inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex situations
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and resilience
