Job Description

Client Engagement Manager coordinating pharmaceutical commercialization projects for EVERSANA, a life sciences services company. Managing requirements, cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, and Salesforce documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect business opportunities and remove organizational barriers
  • Identify subject matter experts for operational design and execution
  • Partner with Business Development to capture project requirements, scope, and success metrics
  • Complete post-win Salesforce documentation
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams across CRM, incentive compensation, data, and reporting
  • Establish project development strategy, schedules, costs, budgets, and resource needs
  • Create execution plans with subject matter experts
  • Track project activities, risks, and issues to keep opportunities on schedule and meet customer requirements
  • Drive issues to closure or escalate mitigation recommendations to Deployment Solutions management
  • Resolve people and team dynamic issues
  • Coordinate interdependencies with other program managers
  • Schedule and lead status review meetings and formal project reviews
  • Support GDM with Statements of Work operational services details
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or 5+ years of equivalent/relevant experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a client services, operational management, or account manager role
  • Preferred: minimum 3+ years of prior Life Sciences Industry-specific experience in field sales administration/operations
  • Basic understanding of Life Sciences Commercial operations, including Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Educators, and Engagement Center programs
  • Basic understanding of Sales Force Automation, CRM, Reporting/Analytics, Targeting/Alignments, Incentive Compensation, and Data Management
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and account management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fundamental understanding and application of project management principles and skills
  • Strong aptitude for automated systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Ability to collaborate and maintain an action-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
