Job Description
Senior Strategist driving experimentation direction and influencing leadership for Empower’s growth strategy. Establishing enterprise-wide approaches while mentoring teams for better analytics and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Influence enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term roadmap
- Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact
- Establish enterprise-wide approaches to customer behavior and sentiment analysis
- Provide thought leadership on experimentation methodologies and innovation
- Advise executives on experimentation insights, risks, and opportunities
- Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve experimentation capabilities
- Communicate insights and recommendations at the executive level
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation
- Recognized expertise in experimentation and customer analytics
- Strong executive presence and influence
- Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments
- Comprehensive understanding of the Empower business model and customer ecosystem
