Job Description

Senior Strategist driving experimentation direction and influencing leadership for Empower’s growth strategy. Establishing enterprise-wide approaches while mentoring teams for better analytics and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term roadmap
  • Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact
  • Establish enterprise-wide approaches to customer behavior and sentiment analysis
  • Provide thought leadership on experimentation methodologies and innovation
  • Advise executives on experimentation insights, risks, and opportunities
  • Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve experimentation capabilities
  • Communicate insights and recommendations at the executive level

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation
  • Recognized expertise in experimentation and customer analytics
  • Strong executive presence and influence
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Empower business model and customer ecosystem
