Job Description

Client Manager responsible for client relationships at CoinFlip, a leading fintech in cryptocurrency. Engaging clients with personalized support and driving revenue growth through sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Understand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Identify opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth
  • Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform
  • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty
  • Keep track of sales activities, leads and opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque environment
  • Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape
  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
  • General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency
