Job Description

Client Service Associate providing excellent client service and managing responsibilities in a wealth management firm. The role involves communication, process management, and task execution for client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy
  • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various custodial tasks
  • Manage notes, activities, workflows and reports in Redtail CRM
  • Generate trades, following specific instructions from advisors
  • Manage and execute client deliverables after the advisors’ meetings and communicate with clients to follow up
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regularly regarding scheduling, paperwork, and follow up tasks

Requirements:

  • 3 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experience
  • Adept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
  • Organization skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time – we do not micromanage
  • Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly
  • Ability to communicate well and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacy
