Job Description
Client Success Representative managing client relationships at CuringBusy. Ensuring satisfaction and driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple global client accounts simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain client trust.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and revenue through strategic recommendations.
- Maintain and improve client reviews on platforms like Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with clients across different geographies and time zones.
- Understand client needs and articulate them clearly to internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance client success.
- Take full responsibility for client outcomes and internal coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork).
- Familiarity with Stripe for payment processing.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other CRM tools.
- Prior experience in a virtual assistance company or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
