Job Description

Client Success Specialist providing support and nurturing relationships for a US law firm. Responsible for managing client inquiries and enhancing the overall client experience remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial inquiry to resolution.
  • Manage client relationships by responding to inquiries, scheduling consultations, and following up on appointments and billing.
  • Handle a high volume of communications, including phone calls and emails, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify and resolve diverse client-related issues, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Articulate the firm’s services effectively to potential clients, highlighting how we can best serve them.
  • De-escalate stressful situations with compassion and a client-focused approach.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently, manage your time efficiently, and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Adapt to various software, platforms, and tools to enhance client service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust with clients.
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of client inquiries with poise and professionalism.
  • Resume reflecting relevant experience of 1-2 years in a legal or professional services environment.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
