Job Description
Construction Project Manager coordinating landlord-led outpatient clinic buildouts for VIP Medical Group. Reviewing plans, budgets, contractors, milestones, and clinic launch readiness across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple landlord-led clinic buildouts simultaneously
- Serve as tenant-side liaison with landlords, architects, and contractors
- Review plans, budgets, bids, invoices, and change orders for alignment with clinic requirements
- Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays for escalation
- Participate in contractor meetings and virtual site walks to verify progress and quality
- Coordinate handoff from construction completion to clinic launch teams
- Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover readiness
- Support landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets
Requirements:
- 1+ year of construction project management experience (commercial or healthcare preferred)
- Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) or medical office buildouts strongly preferred
- Familiarity with permitting, construction processes, and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills (critical)
- Experience in healthcare, medical office, or multi-site retail development preferred
- Background working with landlords and third-party contractors preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Travel required to clinic sites as needed, up to 20% travel
