Job Description
Digital Product Implementation Manager leading SSO, API, and digital technology implementations for CVS Health’s Aetna products. Improving member experience, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee deployment and integration of advanced digital technologies for Aetna Health Customizations
- Support plan sponsors and Book of Business products
- Independently lead end-to-end implementation of digital technology solutions, including SSO and API integrations
- Manage project requirements, documentation, facilitation, collaboration, testing, release, and support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and align with organizational goals
- Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot implementation issues
- Ensure systems are integrated effectively and securely
- Deliver digital enhancements that improve member experience, create operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of experience managing projects from discovery through implementation, delivery, and support
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong critical thinking and solutions-based problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Experience in agile product development
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills
- Healthcare industry knowledge
- Technical skills involving SSO, API, and content management systems
