Job Description

Implementation Manager leading installations of Premier healthcare products, managing the team and ensuring successful client projects. Focuses on communication, resource allocation, and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • The Implementation Manager is a leader who motivates and manages the team that installs Premier products
  • Coordinates internal services dependencies and customer dependencies to ensure that a customer implementation is successful
  • Facilitates communication between the client and internal team
  • Manages issues and is responsible for final decisions related to project success
  • Determines resource allocation and defines project plans
  • Provides member support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues about data accuracy
  • Identifies problems and resolutions, manages change throughout the projects
  • Coordinates regular client meetings and training sessions
  • Escalates and prioritizes important technological issues on behalf of the client to facilitate resolution

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and own their resolutions
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Ability to interact well with customers / strong customer support ethic
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex problems internally and externally
  • Proven success in information systems implementation and support
  • Prior experience implementing or supporting the Epic or Cerner software systems (e.g. Epic certification, Cerner clinical application build, etc.)
  • Prior experience implementing products with AI-driven models
  • Prior experience in Hospital and/or Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle
  • Clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.) a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
