Job Description
Consultor de implantação EAM na SIGGA, fornecedora global de SaaS para gestão de ativos industriais. Levantamento de requisitos, configuração, testes, treinamentos e suporte a go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in implementation projects for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, working independently on the most complex stages of the project lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze requirements with clients and end users.
- Map and understand maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze the fit between business processes and product functionality.
- Support the definition and documentation of functional solutions.
- Participate in configuration and parameterization activities, where applicable to the project scope.
- Develop and execute functional test scenarios and support solution validation with users.
- Deliver training, prepare for go-live, and support hypercare and stabilization activities.
- Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of functional issues during implementation and assisted operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project activities, risks, and deliverables.
- Contribute to functional documentation, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of implementation processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, as an implementer, functional consultant, or Key User with relevant hands-on experience.
- Functional knowledge of SAP PM; experience with IBM Maximo will be considered equivalent when combined with a willingness to specialize in SAP PM.
- Experience or solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes, including maintenance order planning, execution, and control.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and analyze the fit between business processes and software solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with end users and clients in multicultural environments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage activities in an organized, independent, and proactive manner.
- Advanced English proficiency for meetings, presentations, and interaction with international clients or teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Completed university degree in a field related to the role, or proven equivalent practical experience in EAM implementation projects.
- Experience with mobility solutions applied to maintenance.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
- SAP PM or equivalent certification.
- Experience with the complete testing lifecycle, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and assisted operations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, such as PMI, Agile, or equivalent approaches.
- Experience delivering training and developing end-user capabilities.
- Knowledge of integrations between EAM solutions and enterprise systems, including ERP, field systems, and IoT.
- Familiarity with project management and testing tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ALM, or similar platforms.
- Spanish proficiency.
