Job Description
Clinical Associate supporting clinical trials at ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Coordinating study sites, patient recruitment, data collection, monitoring, documentation, and close-out activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical trials in accordance with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards
- Coordinate site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics teams
- Maintain comprehensive study documentation and records in compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
- Support study close-out activities, including data cleaning, analysis, and preparation of clinical study reports
- Take responsibility for clinical coordination deliverables and work collaboratively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with study teams and clinical sites
- Willingness to travel as required, approximately 60%
- Legal right to work in Mexico
