Job Description
Clinical Development Director leading first-in-human and Phase 1 strategy for Enveda’s AI-enabled medicines. Advancing novel therapies across metabolism and autoimmune disease.
Responsibilities:
- Build the clinical development plan and first-in-human strategy
- Design the Phase 1 protocol, including dose, endpoints, population, pharmacodynamic readouts, and operational execution
- Shape the translational and biomarker strategy for human proof-of-mechanism
- Support the path to IND and early regulatory strategy
- Run Advisory Boards and generate decision-grade insights
- Build the KOL and site network ahead of the clinic
- Engage thought leaders, physicians, PIs, and patients around metabolism and autoimmune disease
- Contribute to the broader platform narrative for investors and partners
Requirements:
- MD, with credentials that add actual and perceived credibility to the program
- Live, warm global KOL and site network in autoimmune disease; metabolic disease network is a plus
- Track record of taking assets into the clinic and landing non-trivial first-in-human and early-phase programs
- First-hand experience designing and running early clinical development, particularly proof-of-mechanism studies in immune-mediated disease
- Comfortable owning translational and pharmacodynamic strategy
- Strong strategic and scientific judgment
- Patient advocacy and willingness to challenge the paradigm
- Substantive reputation in the clinical community
- Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and building
- Collaborative, direct, and execution-focused
