Job Description

Account Executive driving Superhuman Mail’s mid-market expansion for Superhuman’s AI productivity suite. Closing complex B2B SaaS deals through value-based selling and executive relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Superhuman Mail's upmarket expansion through strategic, value-based selling to Mid-Market organizations
  • Achieve higher average contract values through strategic deal structuring and comprehensive solution selling
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and approval processes
  • Position Superhuman solutions around customer impact and ROI
  • Build advocates and cultivate multi-threaded relationships with C-level and VP stakeholders
  • Own pre-sale contract conversations and negotiations
  • Experiment with new processes and adapt to changing customer environments
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
  • Develop strategic account plans to ensure customer success and growth
  • Maintain rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored to Mid-Market accounts
  • Identify and engage new prospects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years closing five- and six-figure B2B SaaS deals with mid-market organizations of 500–1,500 employees
  • Consistently exceeding quota
  • Skilled at selling comprehensive solution bundles
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with C-level and VP stakeholders
  • Proven success with value-based selling focused on customer impact and ROI
  • Experience using structured sales frameworks such as MEDDICC or Challenger Sale
  • Ability to create advocates and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Executive presence and trusted-advisor capability with senior leadership
  • Discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
  • Ability to use data to generate insights and deliver reliable forecasts
  • Excellent communication across mediums
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment
  • Ability to take prompt, thoughtful action in ambiguity
  • Ability to develop comprehensive account plans and long-term partnership strategies
  • Self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for leveraging AI to increase productivity and impact
  • Commitment to elevating team standards and helping others grow
