Job Description
Commercial Campaign Manager driving strategic brand campaigns for INTERSPORT’s e-commerce unit. Managing partner activations, budgets, KPIs, and campaign optimization across online and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage commercial campaigns end to end
- Take responsibility for KPIs, performance, and measuring success
- Develop marketing approaches for strategic brand partners and activate them within defined sales, promotional, and sell-through campaigns
- Manage marketing activations supported by trade marketing funds, coordinating campaigns, budgets, and initiatives with brand partners
- Identify new marketing and activation opportunities and develop concrete campaign concepts for the INTERSPORT Group
- Analyze campaign, market, and competitor data and derive optimization measures
- Ensure data-driven campaign planning and continuous optimization across relevant online and offline channels
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution
- Collaborate with Category Management, Retail Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, POS, and other specialist departments
- Serve as the central point of contact for brand-related activations as part of commercial campaigns and promotions
- Support the onboarding and activation of new strategic brands from a marketing perspective
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Campaign Management, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or a comparable role
- Experience planning and managing commercial campaigns, along with a strong understanding of sales, promotional, and sell-through mechanics
- Strong understanding of brands, retail, and collaboration with strategic partners
- Experience managing marketing budgets; experience with trade marketing fund or co-marketing models is a plus
- Excellent understanding of relevant marketing and business KPIs, with a strong interest in making data-driven decisions
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and deriving concrete optimization measures
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align the differing interests of Marketing, Sales, Category Management, and external partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a strong commitment to quality
- A completed degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, Business, Retail, or a related field is advantageous
