Job Description

Commercial Coordinator overseeing sales operations for a growing dental consulting firm. Responsible for team leadership, process organization, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the work of SDRs, Closers and other professionals involved in the commercial funnel;
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings and management rituals covering targets, KPIs, decisions, owners and deadlines;
  • Ensure correct use of the CRM, with up-to-date information, next actions recorded and reliable loss reasons;
  • Monitor indicators such as response time, contact rate, scheduling, show rate, no-show, conversion, sales cycle, revenue, CAC and forecast;
  • Structure and refine scripts, contact cadences, follow-ups and opportunity recovery processes;
  • Develop the team through feedback, meeting shadowing, call analysis and sales coaching;
  • Improve integration between sales, marketing, finance, contracts, customer success and onboarding;
  • Identify bottlenecks and present diagnostics to leadership accompanied by alternatives and recommendations;
  • Create predictability in scheduling, commercial capacity and results projection;
  • Support the creation and updating of playbooks, targets and commercial processes;
  • Progressively reduce the founder's dependence on the team's operational routine.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial/sales leadership or coordination;
  • Experience with consultative selling, diagnostic meetings, negotiation, follow-up and closing;
  • Experience managing SDRs and Closers;
  • Proficiency with CRM, sales KPIs, forecasting, productivity and stage-by-stage funnel conversion metrics;
  • Ability to organize processes without over-bureaucratizing operations;
  • Direct, mature, respectful and solution-oriented communication;
  • Ability to hold team members accountable, provide feedback and develop professionals with different profiles;
  • Analytical, organized, ownership-minded, collaborative and results-oriented profile;
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with evolving processes.
