Job Description

Community Manager for Canva developing and executing strategies in Thailand. Engaging educators and creators to build brand awareness and community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for Canva in Thailand
  • Build and manage Canva's Community programs
  • Create engaging content to educate and inspire the community
  • Host engagement events with the Educator/Creator community
  • Manage local budget for acquisition and engagement events
  • Track KPIs to analyze content performance
  • Onboard new creators and share educational material with them

Requirements:

  • Native Thai speaker with business level English
  • Track record of engaging audiences both online and offline
  • Experience building or sharing organic/user generated content on social media
  • Engage communities via events, partnerships, outreach
  • Ability to read the room and unite a community around new ideas
  • Experience managing large Facebook groups, ideally for a local brand
  • Problem-solving skills and understanding of underlying concerns
