Job Description
Community Manager for Canva developing and executing strategies in Thailand. Engaging educators and creators to build brand awareness and community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for Canva in Thailand
- Build and manage Canva's Community programs
- Create engaging content to educate and inspire the community
- Host engagement events with the Educator/Creator community
- Manage local budget for acquisition and engagement events
- Track KPIs to analyze content performance
- Onboard new creators and share educational material with them
Requirements:
- Native Thai speaker with business level English
- Track record of engaging audiences both online and offline
- Experience building or sharing organic/user generated content on social media
- Engage communities via events, partnerships, outreach
- Ability to read the room and unite a community around new ideas
- Experience managing large Facebook groups, ideally for a local brand
- Problem-solving skills and understanding of underlying concerns
