Job Description

Community Manager responsible for creator engagement and onboarding at Social Commerce Club. Focusing on enhancing creator performance and maintaining vibrant creator communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem
  • Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions
  • Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation
  • Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems
  • Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions
  • Approve standard creator support actions
  • Send reminders to inactive or pending creators

Requirements:

  • Own creator community management, creator onboarding, creator communication, creator enablement, and creator success tracking.
  • Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active
  • Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations
  • Help creators understand what content is needed and how to improve performance
  • Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation
  • Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base
  • Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems
  • Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions
