Job Description

Community Operations Specialist ensuring tasker onboarding and engagement in AI operations for a digital services company. Collaborating with teams to optimize communications and community health metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution of onboarding, activation, and retention programs.
  • Continuously review existing SOPs for tasker engagement and suggest/implement updates.
  • Monitor project queues for signs of tasker fatigue or confusion and resolve issues.
  • Draft clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communications.
  • Manage community feedback channels and surveys, synthesizing common themes into actionable reports.
  • Maintain dashboards related to community health and provide weekly updates on community status.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in community management, platform operations, or gig-economy coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale workflows and documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Strong professional English skills, with the ability to adjust tone and complexity based on the audience.
  • High comfort level with Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel) and community platforms (Slack, Discord, or internal CRM tools).
  • A "self-starter" mindset—able to see a gap in a process and propose a logical solution.
