Job Description
Construction Manager overseeing all aspects of construction projects at 7-Eleven. Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion
- Review project updates and progress reports, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are on track
- Engage with stakeholders—including internal Sr Leaders and Operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Provide clear and concise updates while facilitating effective decision-making
- Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete construction projects while satisfying contract requirements
- Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, cost, and schedule
Requirements:
- Construction and project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4 + years of US military experience
