Job Description
Construction Project Sales Manager developing sales strategies for North American construction projects. Managing relationships and overseeing project contribution from leading construction tools brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services.
- Oversee contributions at all construction phases.
- Develop engagement plans for each assigned project.
- Identify new opportunities to add value and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
- 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field.
- OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
- Proven Construction project management experience preferred.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Skilled in team building and alignment to strategic plans.
- Experience in planning and executing meetings and events.
- Knowledgeable in budget management for projects.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, SAP and smartphone use.
