Job Description
Content & Creator Operations Specialist managing localized TikTok accounts for a gaming company. Scouting creators and analyzing content performance in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end management of localized TikTok accounts
- Proactively identify and onboard high-potential creators
- Stay ahead of platform algorithms and guide creators in producing UGC
- Analyze content performance and market trends
- Work closely with Marketing and Localization teams
Requirements:
- 0-3 years in social media operations, content creation, or the gaming industry
- Professional fluency in one of the following: English + Mandarin, English + Vietnamese, or Mandarin + Vietnamese
- Deep understanding of short-video content planning
- Strong awareness of SEA user preferences and local digital subcultures
- Deep resonance with the values, aesthetics, and community spirit of Sky: Children of the Light
