Job Description
Part-time Content Creator managing social media, video, graphics, and Google Business Profiles for local service businesses. Supporting lead generation, paid campaigns, and content performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts for local service businesses
- Create engaging videos, graphics, and social media posts
- Edit videos and create branded graphics
- Write captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
- Create, schedule, publish, and repurpose content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, and Nextdoor
- Manage content calendars and maintain brand consistency
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
- Track, organize, and follow up on leads as needed
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, including Google Posts, photos/videos, business information, reviews, and local SEO
- Create content that supports lead generation and paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor content performance and provide basic reporting
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply relevant trends to client content
- Provide support with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Content Creator for a US-based client
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in video editing and graphic design
- Experience creating engaging short-form social media content
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and content calendars
- Lead management experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Google Business Profile and local SEO is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative, organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Willing to research, learn, and stay current with social media trends
- AI content creation experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with local or home-service businesses is preferred
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Runway, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, Captions.ai, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business Profile, YouTube Studio, TikTok Business, and LinkedIn Business Tools is a plus
