Job Description

Content Editor & AI Specialist leading editorial functions and utilizing AI tools for content enhancement. Ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and high-quality outputs across multiple formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead editorial functions by prompting, reviewing, rewriting, refining, and elevating content
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to draft and iterate content
  • Maintain a library of tested prompts for consistent outputs
  • Review and elevate AI-generated content to ensure quality
  • Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot or Mailchimp

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of editing or copywriting experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment
  • Exceptional editing skills
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
  • Strong command of grammar, tone, and brand voice across multiple formats and tones
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Time management skills for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Technical proficiency and comfort learning new tools and platforms
  • SEO knowledge, including an understanding of keyword optimization and SEO best practices
  • Experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp: building campaigns, writing email copy, and understanding send logic
  • WordPress and content scheduling platform familiarity
  • Collaboration skills to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability with flexibility in approach
