Job Description
Content lead optimizing short-form gospel clips for Christian media channels. Running testing cadence, performance decisions, coaching, and weekly analysis to grow audience reach.
Responsibilities:
- Own the clip-testing dashboard and make daily winner calls
- Decide which clips graduate to the main page, are re-cut and re-tested, or are scrapped
- Tune per-platform benchmarks based on performance data
- Analyze patterns and direct editors and pickers on improvements
- Run the daily and weekly operating cadence
- Hold the editor and picker accountable to their metrics
- Coach team members and improve each step of the process
- Produce a written weekly data analysis report for leadership
- Step into any role when needed to keep the clip-testing loop moving
- Ensure streams produce 8 to 12 moments, rough cuts are completed, edits return within target windows, and data is collected accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience running a team or repeatable process
- Personally owned and improved a metric; applicants must provide evidence and numbers of past results
- Experience running an operating cadence; this is not a first management job
- Comfort reading performance dashboards and making fast, clear decisions
- Background in content, growth, or analytics
- Sufficient short-form content knowledge to improve editors' and pickers' work
- Fluency in ClickUp
- Discipline to run a documented cadence
- Reliable daily overlap with Pacific Time
- Ability to coach people, hold them to standards, and address misses directly
- Willingness to work across data analysis and editing workflow bottlenecks
- Application materials must include a maximum three-minute Loom, a data-driven decision example and outcome, operations tools, and weekly capacity
