Job Description
Content Executive creating and publishing short-form content for Midnite, a sports betting and gaming platform. Editing social clips, managing publishing, and optimizing performance across major platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Find strong short-form moments in existing and newly produced long-form content
- Write and test hooks, first frames and captions
- Edit, caption and format platform-ready content in CapCut, Premiere or equivalent
- Adapt edits and packaging for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X
- Brief editors on larger builds using timecodes, hooks, framing and references
- Own the publishing schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X around the football calendar
- Monitor performance and identify emerging or declining formats
- Iterate content quickly based on performance
- Feed high-performing organic work into the paid creative pipeline
- Develop new formats aligned with the Midnite brand
- Work within ASA guidelines and responsible messaging requirements
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience making and publishing short-form content
- Experience across multiple brands ideally; sport, betting or entertainment experience is a plus
- Strong hands-on editing ability in CapCut, Premiere or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X, including platform specifications and audience behaviours
- Understanding of football narratives and internet culture
- Ability to move from raw footage to a published clip in under an hour when needed
- Ability to write sharp hooks and captions and support editorial judgement with a clear rationale
- Organisation under volume and confidence using scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining brand standards, ASA guidance and responsible messaging
- Full right to work in the UK
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the UK
