Job Description
Estrategista de Conteúdo planejando e produzindo Instagram para profissionais e clínicas de estética, saúde e harmonização orofacial. Criando textos, artes, Reels e estratégias para fortalecer autoridade e gerar negócios.
Responsibilities:
- Create editorial calendars aligned with each client’s positioning, audience, and objectives
- Write headlines, captions, carousels, and story sequences using natural, persuasive language suited to each professional’s tone of voice
- Develop Reels scripts with hooks, narratives, and clear recording guidelines
- Create designs for posts, carousels, stories, and Reels covers while adhering to each client’s visual identity
- Edit Reels and stories with cuts, captions, music, and visual elements that support comprehension and retention
- Turn questions, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and results into stories and content that are relevant to the audience
- Research references, trends, and formats, adapting ideas to each professional’s context
- Monitor reach, retention, shares, saves, and interactions to recommend content improvements
- Participate in clients’ WhatsApp groups to request materials, answer questions, align on deliverables, track approvals, and communicate deadlines
- Organize the production workflow and track the stages of creation, review, approval, and publication
- Collaborate with the team and clients throughout the research, planning, copywriting, scripting, creation, editing, and results-monitoring processes
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience planning and producing content for Instagram
- Strong writing skills, excellent command of Portuguese, and meticulous proofreading abilities
- Ability to adapt communication to the identity, audience, and objectives of different clients
- Understanding of the role of Reels, stories, and carousels in building reach, relationships, and business opportunities
- Ability to create visual assets and edit videos for social media
- Strong organizational skills to manage requests from multiple clients and meet agreed deadlines
- Autonomy to execute plans, propose ideas, and resolve requests
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense
- Open to receiving feedback and making revisions
- Experience creating content for aesthetics, healthcare, or orofacial harmonization is a plus
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is a plus
- Familiarity with Manychat and comment and direct-message automations is a plus
- Knowledge of keywords and Instagram search is a plus
- Experience using artificial intelligence to support content production—along with critical review, fact-checking, and original writing—is a plus
- University degree
- Portuguese
- English
