Job Description
Financial Content Manager producing Korean-language market news, analysis, and InvestingPro content. Supporting subscription growth through data-driven financial education for Korean investors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Korean and global financial markets, investor sentiment, and emerging content opportunities
- Identify timely topics for the Korean edition, including KOSPI/KOSDAQ moves, BOK decisions, earnings season, and retail investing trends
- Produce financial news, market updates, commentary, and analysis for Korean investors covering Korean and US markets
- Localize and adapt global news and analysis into natural, publication-ready Korean
- Write original Korean articles using InvestingPro data and tools, including Fair Value assessments, financial health scores, ProPicks AI strategies, and stock screeners
- Turn InvestingPro data and insights into engaging content with natural product integration
- Apply basic conversion principles, including clear CTAs, audience intent, and positioning, to support InvestingPro subscription growth
- Iterate based on performance data to improve engagement and conversion
- Use AI tools for research, drafting, translation, and summarization
- Review and refine AI-assisted content for accuracy, natural phrasing, and consistent financial terminology
- Refine prompt frameworks and templates for high-quality Korean financial writing
- Follow Korean editorial and compliance standards, including FSC/FSS-related disclosure norms and financial content conventions
- Collaborate effectively in local and international environments
Requirements:
- Professional experience writing about financial markets in Korean, with a body of work for a Korean audience (articles, blogs, YouTube scripts, or similar)
- Strong grasp of fundamental market concepts: equity valuation, market cycles, monetary policy mechanics, risk and return
- Close familiarity with Korean markets: KOSPI, KOSDAQ, BOK policy, KRW dynamics, and the ISA / “Donghak Ant” retail investing landscape
- Solid understanding of global markets, particularly US equities, major indices, and Fed policy, and how they influence Korean markets
- Native-level Korean writing
- Working proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and ability to edit, refine, and humanize AI-generated text
- Active investor or trader with a personal track record in financial markets (nice to have)
- Experience with InvestingPro or the Investing.com product suite (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Naver Cafe/Blog, YouTube, KakaoTalk open chats, and financial media (nice to have)
- Familiarity with SEO and content performance basics (nice to have)
- Self-motivated, meticulous, creative, resourceful, bright, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
