- Translate complex training solutions into clear, compelling messaging

- Create posts, captions, and short-form content
- Monitor engagement and optimize performance
- Create simple, on-brand graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
- Collaborate with designers or agencies for larger projects
- Support integrated campaigns across email, web, and social
- Align messaging with sales and marketing teams
- Track and report on content performance
- Use insights to improve results
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content or digital marketing
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience managing social media
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Nice to Have: Experience in education or professional services
- Exposure to global or multicultural marketing
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles
