Job Description

Content Specialist creating patient-facing content that motivates healthcare engagement at Health Catalyst. Collaborating with teams to leverage insights for improving personalization and patient outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate behavioral science into action
  • Create patient-facing content that motivates people to get the care they need
  • Leverage key learnings and insights to shape platform improvements
  • Apply consumer science to create clinical and marketing outreach
  • Partner with Product stakeholders to improve personalization at scale
  • Build reporting cadence for content metrics and translate insights into improvements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years creating patient or consumer content in healthcare, health tech, or related fields
  • Proven ability to translate research and data into communications that drive behavior change
  • Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work with measurable engagement outcomes
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to shape tools and platforms
  • Fluency in AI-enabled content workflows, including prompt design, to scale production while maintaining quality
  • Deep understanding of health literacy and patient-centered communication
  • Genuine curiosity about human motivation, emerging technology, and the space between art and science
