Job Description

Convenience Sales Representative responsible for managing a store territory and executing sales objectives. Focuses on building relationships and delivering customer solutions through territory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles.
  • Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce.
  • Assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback to supervisor for necessary adjustments.
  • Track store and account level KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and business solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • have a valid driver's license
  • proof of auto insurance
  • and have access to the internet
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
