Job Description
Convenience Sales Representative responsible for managing a store territory and executing sales objectives. Focuses on building relationships and delivering customer solutions through territory management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles.
- Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce.
- Assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback to supervisor for necessary adjustments.
- Track store and account level KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers.
- Provide a high level of customer service and business solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- have a valid driver's license
- proof of auto insurance
- and have access to the internet
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
