Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive driving full-cycle DACH sales for governance and security SaaS. Seeking to expand accounts strategically in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts in the DACH market
  • Build and manage your own outbound-driven pipeline (incl. cold calling)
  • Lead discovery, presentations, and commercial negotiations across multiple stakeholders
  • Drive internal alignment on Security, Legal, and Procurement through to close
  • Forecast, report, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Partners, Marketing, and Leadership to continuously improve the sales motion

Requirements:

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience; comfortable picking up the phone
  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience across more than one company
  • Full-cycle sales skills (prospecting → closing) and strong outbound discipline
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-decision-maker deals
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC; Sandler is a plus)
  • Native-level German (C2+) and very good English
  • High self-motivation and ability to succeed in a remote setup
  • Desirable (but not required): Microsoft 365 domain experience
  • Knowledge of governance, security, or AI-adjacent software
  • Partner sales / co-selling experience
