Job Description

Corporate Account Director responsible for developing strategic business plans and expanding corporate relationships in oncology at BeOne. Focused on market access and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional market access strategies for assigned accounts (IDN, HS, and GPO accounts)
  • Facilitate introductions to appropriate medical affairs colleagues for research opportunities
  • Establish corporate relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Support patient access and field reimbursement
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to implement corporate strategies
  • Manage successful implementation and pull through of contracts and agreements with assigned accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Required
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of related pharmaceutical experience
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in corporate account management, oncology
  • Experience executing physician network or IDN/Health System contracting and account management
  • Oncology therapeutic experience required; oral and IV oncology strongly preferred
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiating skills required
