Job Description
Director of Managed Care responsible for sales to managed care organizations at Accendra Health. Selling healthcare services across the Northeast region with a focus on relationship management and territory growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to sell Byram services utilizing a structured sales process.
- Solicit, negotiate, implement, and maintain long-term referral generating relationships.
- Must be able to effectively sell Byram's value proposition
- Organize and prioritize time and schedules to maximize exposure to key customers.
- Convert current and new customer sources into a progressively growing referral and revenue base
- Effectively work with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, trade associations, and manufacturers to promote Byram's value proposition.
- Must be able to attend trade shows, conferences, association meetings, and educational seminars
- Develop creative solutions to identified customer issues.
- Must be able to respond in a manner in which improves the customer relationship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years sales experience with at least two years selling healthcare services to national or regional managed care organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and organization skills
- Ability to travel as needed
