Job Description
Director coordinating market access insights and solutions for Sanofi's specialty care portfolio. Focusing on PBM ecosystem to support brand leads and develop risk-sharing models.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Insights & Solutions team with new PBM models
- Ensure holistic view across PBM, Payer, & Employer strategies
- Build disruptive prototype models in collaboration with teams
- Own innovation workstreams with actionable plans
- Develop value-based and risk-sharing models for market access
- Support planning and executing successful new product launches
- Monitor US healthcare environment for trends and changes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify analysis requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required
- PharmD or MBA preferred
- 8 years of experience in PBM space
- Direct experience with large national PBMs
- 5 years in specialty care: pricing, contracting, specialty pharmacy strategy
- Strong business & financial acumen
- Skilled at conducting senior leadership engagements
- Understanding of payer landscape across specialty products
- Experience in channel contracting including buy/bill, retail
