Job Description
Growth Strategy Manager shaping growth plans for EPI’s Wero digital wallet across European markets. Advising senior leaders through market analysis, business planning, and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases
- Design and maintain a common growth-planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers, and KPI frameworks
- Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
- Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic outlook
- Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team
- Translate analysis into clear executive materials
- Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities
- Prepare high-impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums
- Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role
- Report to the General Secretary in the CEO Office
- Partner with the Management Team, market teams, and cross-functional leaders across Europe
- Coordinate with internal experts and external advisors
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager level)
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2)
- French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience engaging senior executives and board-level audiences
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital platforms, or other regulated industries is a plus
- Exposure to M&A, valuation, corporate finance, or broader strategic transactions is a plus
- International experience working across multicultural environments
- Must have reached at least an associate role in top-tier strategy consulting
