Job Description

Business Partner II responsible for full-cycle recruiting in various functions. Collaborating with executives and managing recruitment processes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit for Director-level, Corporate, and Field positions.
  • Experience recruiting in Marketing, Finance, Operations (Contact Center), IT, HR, Sales, Account Management, and Payroll.
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Collaborate with C+ executives and leadership to determine hiring needs and secure approvals.
  • Utilize recruiting methods (ATS, social media, and other sources) to identify professional talent.
  • Apply interview and assessment techniques; interpret and analyze results.
  • Interview potential associates, asking appropriate questions and evaluating responses.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews/assessments to ensure best job match and associate success.
  • Structure, negotiate, and deliver complex offer letters for all levels.
  • Perform hiring tasks (background checks and drug screens) to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Research recruitment sources and maintain a diverse network of contacts.
  • Network effectively, including planning and setting marketing goals.
  • Research competition and understand the local labor market.
  • Prioritize needs and balance recruiting efforts with site hiring demands.
  • Understand basic hiring regulations, employment eligibility documentation, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and policy standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with executive leadership, management, associates, peers, the public, and clients.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in volume recruiting/high-paced environments
  • BPO experience (Preferred)
  • Contact Center experience (Preferred)
  • Multi-site/Multi-region experience
