Job Description
Recruiter for manufacturing roles supporting multiple locations in the U.S. Managing full life-cycle recruiting and building pipeline of candidates in the skilled trades sector.
Responsibilities:
- Support client in manufacturing industry as a Recruiter.
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting across 12 locations.
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills.
- Build strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients.
- Market, screen and present candidates to job opportunities.
- Improve sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipeline.
- Exceed client expectations.
- Coach and train on recruiting best practices.
- Screen and assess candidates accurately.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions.
- Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions.
- Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones.
- Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
