Job Description
Recruiting Specialist specializing in clinical contract staffing within NorthStar Anesthesia. Guiding agency and managing the recruiting process with an emphasis on contractors and locum tenens.
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in successfully supporting clinical recruiting by owning contract staffing, both directly recruiting and engaging an agency to fill clinical roles
- Guide agency through the hiring process, onboarding and credentialing to effectively meet critical staffing deadlines
- Execute the contract staffing strategy established by team lead or department leader
- Follow internal process in an organized manner to ensure teammates and internal partners are informed and have received appropriate documentation
- Manage the recruiting process with an emphasis on contractors and locum tenens
- Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current/future consideration in recruiting database
- Accurately document, track and report recruiting activity
- Partner with hiring manager on agency strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience or internship in sales, recruiting or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and applicant tracking
- Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques
- Ability to understand, adapt, and respond effectively to a constantly changing environment
- Strong personal motivation with ability to work with little supervision and attention to detail while working in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple levels within the company
- Must maintain confidentiality of all provider information and company documents
