Job Description
Country Manager leading genomic technology adoption and market development in Indonesia with engagement across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new opportunities across key customer segments
- Drive demand creation and adoption of sequencing and genomic solutions
- Build strong KOL and stakeholder engagement
- Own the relationship with channel partners in Indonesia
- Deliver the revenue plan for Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field
- 8+ years of commercial experience in life sciences tools, genomics, diagnostics, or related fields
- Strong track record in market development and demand generation in Southeast Asia
- Experience managing distributors/channel partners
- Familiarity with government and healthcare procurement processes in Indonesia
- Fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage
