Job Description
Freelance Creative Strategist driving Meta performance creative for Purefemm’s menopause supplement brand. Developing winning concepts, scripts, and iterations for its US market launch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop hooks, scripts, VSLs, advertorials, PDP copy, and other conversion-focused assets for Meta campaigns
- Produce 15–25+ ad scripts per week
- Identify winning concepts from live performance data and develop iterations, angles, hooks, and formats
- Conduct weekly swipe-file and competitor research across DACH and US markets
- Turn research and customer insights into performance-focused concepts
- Analyze performance using Rule1, Triple Whale, and Meta Ads Manager
- Read spend, ROAS, hook-level performance, fatigue, and creative trends
- Identify winning creatives and understand why they win
- Spot ad fatigue and develop fresh iterations before performance drops
- Translate media-buying data into the next round of creative
- Work closely with the Head of Growth
- Create execution-ready briefs for the video editor team
- Review creative quality and provide direct feedback
- Keep editors supplied with a consistent pipeline of briefs
- Manage iteration cycles from initial concept through launch-ready asset
- Ensure winning ideas become new iterations quickly
- Use AI, especially Claude, for research, hook ideation, angle development, copy iteration, competitive analysis, and creative variation
- Think across the full funnel: Ad → Quiz → Offer Page → Checkout → Email
- Maintain message match, offer positioning, quiz funnels, post-purchase messaging, email flows, backend monetization, and full-funnel creative consistency
- Adapt proven DACH concepts for US consumers
- Build English-language angles and hooks
- Research the US menopause and women’s health market
- Develop the first US winning concepts
- Help establish the creative testing system for the Q1 2027 US launch
- Work asynchronously, report proactively, and make performance-oriented decisions with minimal micromanagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Direct Response copywriting or performance creative experience in DTC e-commerce
- Strong English Direct Response copywriting skills for the US launch
- Proven track record with Meta performance creatives
- At least €100k in cumulative Meta spend behind creatives personally written or developed, with validated winners
- Ability to prove track record through screenshots, ad links, references, or similar evidence
- Experience working with a brand doing at least 7 figures in annual revenue, ideally 8 figures
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics
- Ability to read creative performance and turn data into new concepts
- High output capacity: 15–25+ scripts per week without quality falling apart
- AI-native workflow, ideally with strong experience using Claude
- Experience managing or briefing video editors
- Clear briefs that editors can execute without endless back-and-forth
- Highly self-directed, structured, and comfortable working without micromanagement
- Availability of 35+ hours per week
- Health, supplements, or beauty brand experience
- Experience marketing to women 40+
- VSL, advertorial, or quiz-funnel copywriting experience
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, quiz funnels, subscriptions, and CRO/frontend tools such as Replo or Shopify Sections
- Understanding of DACH HCVO / LMIV compliance requirements is a plus
