Job Description

Creative Strategist developing conversion-focused paid social ads for Catch Creation’s global eCommerce brands. Turning customer insights and performance data into scalable creative testing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ad angles, hooks, and concepts rooted in customer pain points, reviews, UGC, and competitor research
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Build and maintain creative frameworks (problem → solution → proof → CTA)
  • Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns
  • Diagnose why ads succeed or fail
  • Monitor creative fatigue and recommend iterations or refreshes
  • Write actionable creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators
  • Direct visual structure, messaging flow, hooks, CTAs, and platform placement
  • Ensure brand alignment while prioritizing conversion
  • Design structured creative testing plans
  • Control variables to isolate learnings
  • Document insights and turn them into repeatable systems
  • Collaborate with media buyers, UGC managers, designers, and editors
  • Align creatives with landing pages, offers, and funnel strategy
  • Support scaling decisions with creative insights
  • Measure success through winning creative speed, CPA and ROAS improvements, winning creative spend allocation, reduced creative fatigue, and repeatable learnings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketer, or similar role in e-commerce / DTC
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing
  • Experience working with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred)
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively
  • Comfortable making decisions based on data, not opinions
  • Excellent written communication (briefs matter here)
