Job Description
Marketing Representative building referral relationships for Pyramid Healthcare’s addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare services. Expanding referral networks, managing community relations, and supporting regional marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain direct referral relationships in designated markets.
- Provide clientele, marketing, and customer service activities within the marketing department.
- Maintain positive community and public relations.
- Maintain existing referral sources and expand the referral base.
- Develop business relationships within the assigned region.
- Provide input into the overall company marketing plan.
- Prepare required reports.
- Assist in setting financial goals for the assigned region.
- Interface with programs to understand client, program, and referral source needs.
- Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel locally based on operational needs.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Suffolk Co., Norfolk Co., Bristol Co., or Plymouth Co.
- High school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing field preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical dependency and psychiatric treatment.
- Knowledge of marketing methods in a behavioral healthcare setting.
- Ability to empathize and provide strong customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changes and turn things around quickly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend and participate in required meetings.
- Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
- Working knowledge of federal and state standards, regulating body standards, and compliance standards.
- Ability to provide own transportation for local travel.
- Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
