Job Description
Part-time Community Manager running Fan Dynamics’ Discord communities for gaming clients. Supporting managed services, client initiatives, and the FanDX product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Help run Fan Dynamics’ Managed Service offering for various clients
- Manage communities, especially on Discord and/or for creators
- Work with Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap
- Assist with various client support initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in community management
- Experience especially on Discord and/or for creators
- Self-motivated
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strategic and creative
- Resilient and coachable
- Willingness to take on challenges
- Interest in building proficiency across operational challenges
- Ability to work with Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap
- Ability to assist with client support initiatives
