Job Description

Analista de CRM Pleno para desenvolver e acompanhar estratégias de CRM alinhadas aos objetivos dos clientes. Operacionalizando fluxos e construindo reports de performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee CRM strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Implement and manage workflows, segmentation, and automations in leading market platforms.
  • Build and present performance reports with clear analyses, actionable insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, database size, engagement, MQLs/SQLs, revenue, etc.).
  • Maintain database health and ensure data quality for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal data, media, and content teams to ensure CRM strategy integration.
  • Ensure client success by understanding needs, proposing improvements, and tracking project progress.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with RD Station, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce.
  • Ability to create automations, segmentation, nurture flows, and reports within these platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights that drive results.
  • Understanding of CRM frameworks, sales funnels, customer journeys, lead scoring, and relationship best practices.
  • Organized, with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
