Job Description
CRM Operations Manager responsible for building and optimizing customer communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Join a team reimagining high-speed internet connectivity for underserved areas.
Responsibilities:
- Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company for customer-facing communications
- Optimize the email platform as a subject matter expert
- Perform technical production and deployment activities in SFMC
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SFMC products
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extensive email marketing expertise
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- Track record of delivering results in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred as a bonus point
